2017 Crowdfund Financial Transparency

Our second crowdfund was a success! $819.22 was donated by 35 total donors. (To compare, 2016 = $882.47 raised from 47 total donors.) In total, we spent $906 on production and postage. The Crowdfunded swag was mailed or given to donors directly and was gifted to pARTicipants at Ignite!, distributed to theme camps liaison, gifted to the super volunteers, and distributed at other events throughout the year. There is some remaining supply and we are hoping to expand the crowdfund in 2018 to be able to stock other communities.

Financial Breakdown

SWAG Production:
  • $100 = T-shirts (Screen printing donated by Beth Walker)
  • $79 = 200 “Don’t Fucking Grab Me” stickers
  • $83 = 200 “Light My Fire” buttons
  • $132 = 500 “Ask First” buttons
  • $100 = 350 “No means No” buttons
  • $100 = 350 “Waiting for Hell Yes” buttons
  • $94 = 300 “Don’t Fucking Grab Me” buttons
  • $168 = 100 sticker sheets (6” x 4” & 6 stickers)
  • $90 = 200 “fuck yes” speech bubble stickers
  • $60 = 500 “Creeper” consent cards
  • ($100) = Discount from Sticker Mule for bulk order
  • $806 = Total for swag
